Off-site marketing is when you advertise your business away from your commercial property. In most cases, off-site marketing involves the use of directional signs to guide customers, clients or visitors to your commercial facility. You could have these signs posted up throughout your town or city so that people can find your business as they’re driving.
Another way to use off-site marketing is with car park signage. If you have a massive facility where it’s easy for new visitors to get lost, then car park signage can guide them appropriately. As soon as visitors drive onto your property, the signage will show them where to park. It could either guide them to your parking lot or to the designated area of your parking lot where they’re supposed to park (e.g. sales visitor parking, guest parking, etc.).
Sometimes off-site marketing can be placed into an office if you want to advertise something else in a different location. For instance, a lot of real estate offices like to post up LED lightbox displays on their walls to promote a new home site or development project. It is a way for them to raise awareness of a project so that visitors or potential buyers can learn more about it.
Alternatively, you could post up signs right outside of the project site too. If you have a fence or barrier surrounding a new commercial or residential property development, then you could have signage posted on the boundary that advertises the project. The signage can have photographs or drawings of how the outcome of the project will look.
