Terms & Conditions

Corrus Limited (Trading as Kremer Signs & Kremer Digital)

1. General

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts for the supply of goods and/or services by Corrus Limited (“the Company”), unless expressly excluded or varied in writing by a Director of the Company.

Any terms or conditions proposed by the Buyer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by a Director of Corrus Limited.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are accepted at the discretion of Corrus Limited and may be subject to:

• Supply in standard pack sizes and minimum quantities

• Prices applicable at the date of order confirmation

• Correction of clerical errors or omissions on invoices or credit notes

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Buyer and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or warranties.

3. Pricing

All prices are based on the supply of print-ready artwork unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required on a proforma basis.

Alternative payment terms may be considered upon request and are subject to approval.

Corrus Limited reserves the right to charge any costs incurred in recovering outstanding payments.

5. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Corrus Limited until full payment of all sums due has been received.

Until such time:

• The Buyer shall store goods separately and ensure they remain identifiable

• Corrus Limited reserves the right to enter the Buyer’s premises (or any location where goods are stored) to recover goods, using reasonable force if necessary

6. Delivery

Corrus Limited will use reasonable endeavours to comply with the Buyer’s delivery instructions but shall not be liable for any failure to do so.

7. Inspection, Claims & Liability

The Buyer must inspect goods at the time of delivery or collection.

Any claims for:

• Damaged goods

• Missing items

Must be reported in writing within three (3) working days of receipt.

Corrus Limited shall not be liable for defects arising from:

• Fair wear and tear

• Wilful damage

• Abnormal working conditions

• Misuse or alteration of goods

The Company must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect any defective goods before they are used or otherwise interfered with. Failure to comply with this requirement may invalidate any claim.

Failure to adhere to these conditions shall be deemed acceptance of the goods and associated invoice, which shall become payable in full.

Corrus Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Installation, Signage & Displays

For all office signage, digital displays, and site signage:

• Quotations including installation are subject to a full site survey

• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring all planning permissions and local authority approvals are obtained prior to installation

• Corrus Limited will proceed on the assumption that all such permissions are in place

Unless otherwise stated:

• Designs provided do not include site-specific structural or civil engineering calculations

• The Buyer is responsible for confirming suitability of designs

Independent structural calculations and drawings can be arranged at an additional cost and may affect specification, pricing, and lead times.

9. Lead Times

Estimated lead times will be confirmed by the sales department upon receipt of order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corrus Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the supply of goods or services.
