This Years BOTY Winners!

Kremer Signs are proud to announce this years winners of the BOTY Awards.... Arun Estates! 

 

At Kremer Signs we run a yearlong competition called The BOTY Award (Board Of The Year), where we award monthly winners based on their board designs, and out of the winning 12, a winner is announced for the board of the year. This year we received 238 submissions, but the unanimous winners overall were Arun Estates with the fantastic dog campaign boards.

 

Since the launch, many agents contacted us off the back of sharing Arun Estates boards on social media, looking to achieve similar impact through the use of 8 colour process photo imaging on their boards. Their design has not only been such a huge hit throughout Kent, but also setting a trend for agents nationwide.

 

The use of the dogs being used across the group, but with subtle changes to the shape of the board, brings continuity between the Wards, Cubbitt & West, Pittis and Douglas Allen brands, which reinforces the overall Arun Estates identity, and achieves brand consistency across the range, which is what makes these boards an incredibly powerful marketing tool.

 

The publicity and engagement that they have received from this board campaign has been unrivalled. From being included as a highlight feature in The Negotiator magazine, through to massive social media engagement, their boards have been turning the heads of not only the people travelling through the streets of Kent, but people nationwide. They truly have unlocked the full marketing potential of the traditional ‘For Sale’ Board.

 

Boards are all about brand awareness within your local area, reinforcing your brand and showcasing your property portfolio to the public. These boards tick all boxes and then some… Through adjusting the design for seasonal campaigns such as Pride, charity events & competitions, they have remained relevant all year long, which has increased the campaigns longevity.

 

Interaction is everything with boards, and by running a competition through the use of a QR Code included on the board, they gave the general public the possibility to submit photos of their pets, with a chance of being included on the next board variation. This saw huge numbers engage with the boards, and a print run was made with a photo of the dog from the winning submission, which was fantastic publicity for Arun Estates.

 

We are firm believers that the For Sale board remains one of the most important marketing tools available to an estate agent in this modern Prop Tech world. This campaign from Arun Estates is a prime example of the marketing success that can be achieved from the modest For Sale board.
