The importance of social distancing signage & becoming COVID-secure

COVID-19 has changed the way that we all live our lives in this world. Since the coronavirus spreads so easily, we must remember to maintain social distancing between each other.
If you run a business, then you have a moral, ethical and possibly a legal obligation to ensure that your customers and clients maintain social distancing to the best of their abilities. The easiest way to remind people about social distancing guidelines is to install social distancing signage throughout your building.
Social distancing signage usually consists of large yellow signs that outline the guidelines of social distancing. The most important guideline is to maintain a distance of at least 2 metres (or 6 feet 6 inches) from each other person around you. It is believed that the coronavirus cannot spread from person to person at this distance.
For instance, if someone with the coronavirus were to cough without a mask on their face, the virus would fall to the ground before reaching 6 feet away. That means someone nearby will not accidentally inhale the virus into their lungs if they’re six feet away from the person.
