Miles & Barr are an independent estate agency located throughout East Kent that opened in 1999. With their close-knit network of 13 offices, this enables them to offer the best possible service to all of their clients. As well as being a local business, their Relocation Contract means that they can offer national coverage, providing their customers with the best of both worlds. This means Miles & Barr are small enough to care but big enough to deliver.
At Kremer Signs we have produced the signage for Miles & Barr for many years, and value them highly as a longstanding customer of ours. In the autumn of 2018 the decision was made to move forward from the successful Speed Awareness campaign and launch new Sales & Lettings boards ready for Spring 2019. The Miles & Barr Love Homes idea stems from the saying ‘Home is Where the Heart is’ and their company ethos '…Valuing people, not just Property.'
With the use of our in-house design studio, we worked side by side with Miles & Barr to help them establish the final concepts that were to be used for their new campaign. Together we have created nine sales & lettings boards, each with a different coloured ‘Heart & Home’ saying, which keeps the board designs fresh with lots of concepts for the clients to choose from, but at the same time keeps the brand consistent.
Steve Cort, Marketing Director says: “The story behind the Love Homes boards comes from a combination of bringing colour to local areas in line with Spring, the saying ‘Home is Where the Heart is’ and our company ethos ‘…Valuing People, not just Property’.”
The boards have been produced on a bespoke size and have been cut to a shape that reinforces the brand logo. The chosen style of board was Flag, which is made from 1 sheet of 6mm heavyweight correx, printed double sided. The boards were printed via screen print, offering a more prestigious finish to help enhance the vibrant colours used.
We are confident that the new Love Homes boards will be a big hit throughout Kent, ensuring that clients properties will get noticed and stand out from the crowd.
