Surrey & Hampshire based agent Clarke Gammon have recent undergone a rebrand which saw the three office agent replace all internal and external office signage, as well as a large stock of mirror vinyl boards to ensure their boards street presence.
It was very important to Steve Cook that this rebrand achieved total brand consistency across the 3 offices, which had previously gone astray over the many years they have been in business. Over the different substrates used from external fascia signage, to internal wall logos and window graphics, to the estate agency boards, we were able to ensure all colours, fonts, logos and proportion scales were installed consistent throughout. This level of integrity can be hard to achieve when working with different suppliers for the different signage requirements.
The offices are all different with some fascias needing the external lettering being installed to fascia board or direct to brick work. Internal wall logos, window display headers, partition screens were all replaced with the new brand, which is a newer and more modern variation of their company logo. This ensures that their well established brand has not been lost, but also brings their identity up to date and future proofs the brand.
