Century 21 is an estate and letting agent operating throughout the UK, and is part of the world's largest residential estate agency organisation, with over 6,900 offices and 101,000 agents operating in 78 countries. Established in the UK in 2005, they have gained a reputation for providing unparalleled customer service excellence.

Kremer Signs have supplied many of the Century 21 franchisees for their signage needs for more than 10 years, and offer total brand consistency throughout the group. The most recent work to be carried out was a new office refit for the Maidstone franchisee. Kremer Signs supplied both the internal and external office signage, along with a new stock of residential boards.

The office fascia sign was supplied as a aluminium sign tray, with LED fret cut illumination for all of the text and graphics. The same illumination method was used inside, for a company wall logo, keeping the theme consistent both inside and out. The office was then completed with the installation of LED Light pockets to further insure that the office will be the most eye catch on the high street.

This work was then followed by by a roll out of new residential sign boards. All work was manufactured and installed within a 10 working day time frame.
