Early summer 2018, Kremer Signs supplied Andrews for their new for sale & to let signs as part of their network rebrand, which totalled to over a staggering 3000+ new signboards, servicing over 90 divisions.
Moving away from a long standing brand design this was a big decision for Andrews and one they had to get right. The main objective was to of course modernise and update the design, but at the same time maintain the identity of their well-known brand, and the new boards do just that. The new design has seen both the logo, fonts and colours change to move away front the slightly dated previous concept. The logo has evolved slightly by way of introducing ‘Andrews’ next to the pointer logo to reinforce the company name. This change as well as the purple background paired up with the clearer typography, has given the boards a fresh and modern look, whilst also enhancing the ease of reading the contact information.
We worked side by side with Andrews to help them establish the final concept which was used for their rebrand with the use of our in-house design studio. Acting as a one stop shop for all signage requirements we could offer total brand consistency from the residential boards through to the office facias signage, which can be a problem for a lot of agents when using different suppliers during a rebrand as this can sometimes result in different colour shades being printed, even if the same colour references are applied. When printing on different substrates its always important to still cross reference the actual print finish of your boards, office signage, pavement signs etc, as a difference in colours can damage the effectiveness and the impact of your rebrand. The full rebrand was turned around within a tight time scale to accommodate rebrand deadlines and was then distributed across the whole of the Agency Express network within just 4 weeks from design approval to delivery completion.
