James Laurence is an independent estate and lettings agent, located in Chad Square in Edgbaston and Ludgate Hill in Birmingham City Centre.

In 2015 Kremer Signs supplied & installed all signage for both of the two office as part of their rebrand. The job included fascia signage, projecting signs, window displays and window graphics. 

Edgbaston was the first to undergo a face lift, which really brought the office to life with the use of LED Fret Cut illumination on the fascia and projecting sign, making the office unmissable on the high street. This was then enhanced with matching freestanding LED illuminated window displays which complemented the signage perfectly.

The Birmingham City Centre office was supplied to a different spec due to local regulations which meant that there was limitations on signage and illumination. To get around this we supplied window graphics displaying the company name and contact details, and a non-illuminated projecting sign was installed to increase awareness to people walking down the street.
